Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to actually return it. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the package from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Ik heb 2 storingen, waarvan ik er eerst eentje ga oplossen. Foutcode gewist, maar ook zo weer terug door een defect. Alleen het uitlezen en kunnen wissen deed mij besluiten dit apparaat aan te schaffen, het scheelt mij herhaaldelijk een rit naar de garage en geld. Het lukt mij alleen niet om het in de Nederlandse taal te zetten.
Bij de tweede auto, zijnde Ford Kuga phev plugin hybride kan het toestel geen storingen verwijderen , laat staan , vinden. Op het dashbord komt de melding " motorolie vervangen". De odb inpluggen en deze vind geen enkele foutmelding, noch waarschuwing, dus kan ook niet verwijdert worden.. Neemt u het toestel terug over aub? En bezorg mij een toestel dat werkt Mvg Marc
