Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately can no longer convert it to an ICL transaction.

Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to actually return it. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the package from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@strex.nl or via our contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returning it.

Prima dvd speler Regio vrij, hdmi & 1080p upscaling Usb port en resume (verder gaan met dvd kijken de volgende keer) Wij kijken dagelijks dvd’s en kocht deze omdat ik wat regio 1 dvds heb gekregen. Hij bevalt zeer goed dus ik hebber vandaag nog één besteld als reserve. Dat zou ik niet doen als ik niet tevreden zou zijn. Vandaag besteld is morgen in huis 😃👍 ps.
