Strex Doorbell Transmitter - Separate Transmitter Suitable for the Strex Doorbell Set

1 Spare transmitter for the Strex Doorbell Set SP112 or SP221. This transmitter can easily be paired with your current doorbell accessories later on.

Fully Pairable: All sets are flexible and can be paired with each other. This allows you to combine multiple transmitters and receivers as you wish. Whether you want to use 2 transmitters with 4 receivers, or 1 transmitter with 4 receivers – everything is possible for a perfectly tailored solution.

Payment methods
Pay online safely and quickly with iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna (pay later), PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bank Transfer. On your statement, you may see our name "Strex", our company name "SBD Trading B.V.", or the name of our payment processor "Shopify Payments / SP".

All our prices include VAT. VAT is levied based on the applicable rate in the country of shipment.

Business orders
Contact our business customer service for a customized quote. You will be helped fastest via email. Email the desired products, quantities, and contact details to zakelijk@strex.nl and we will send you a custom quote as soon as possible. Of course, it is also possible to order directly via the website.

Intra-Community supply / ICL
For business customers outside the Netherlands who wish to place an order, it is possible for us to reverse the VAT charge (Intra-Community supply / ICL). If you wish to make use of this, please contact our business customer service via email at zakelijk@strex.nl or via our contact form. This is only possible before the order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately can no longer convert it to an ICL transaction.

Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to actually return it. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the package from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@strex.nl or via our contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returning it.

You can send the shipment back to the address below. You can download the model withdrawal form here. However, it is important that you contact us in advance using one of the options above so that the return can be registered. If the return is not registered with us, we cannot process it.
